I'd say just to keep everything the same, except reduce the hours since we're a bit down in new members; participating on the forums almost has just as much importance than server time. It's also not hard to get 30 posts without spamming. We need new faces, but we also need new DEDICATED faces, it's pointless if we let in people who don't do jack. As for the "instant access" proposition, I personally disagree with it. There are more problems created than solved with just letting in people who don't necessarily want to join the clan, because most of those people who stick around don't want to join or say that they do. As for older members like Alex, he retired from FT, if he wants to come back he is welcome to participate in the "coming back into FT" requirements like everyone else (might seem harsh, but rules apply to everyone). It's not hard to get in the clan in the first place (seriously, it's not), I don't think it's hard to meet the requirements, make an intro and try to participate to try to make yourself known, we just need the right people.
