Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

I have been noticing in alot of votes for new members that some members will say no simply because they have never seen the person. This not only can cause the vote to fail if many of them respond that way. Jb's recent nomination is my prime example. He has met the requirements for a member, 100 hours +, more then 30 posts. He's never had any bad conduct, a good team player, ect. And you think that the vote is going to go swell until someone along with many others say no simply because they haven't seen him before. I don't think if you haven't seen a member of this calibur that you should even put input in. It's not fair for a person of their standards to risk the chance of not becomming a member simply because one does not know the member, even though he has been a regular for a substantial amount of time. I would like some input on this, so I can propose it to be a new rule or not. |

Well, it would really depend on what clan hes being nominated for. Either FT or F7l5, i wouldnt expect a member from the surf side to come in and put his/her input on the vote for a member whos trying to get into FT. A lot members who play surf usually stick to surf, and dont know many of the regulars from the Office server. And i wouldnt expect a FT office freak to vote for some in F7L5, unless you play both server's equally, and know of the member. So basically all im saying is, if your a Surf member, and only play surf, dont disrupt a vote because you dont play office, and dont know the regular, and same goes for the office server. If your an office freak, dont disrupt an F7L5 vote, thats how i see it. My 2 cents. Peace |

Nightrider, this issue has come up many times before and it never seems to get fixed. I often wonder why we have a clan that covers multiple servers when very few people play more than one of our servers. Also, isn't it a bit of a joke to tell people what they can and cannot use to justify a vote? Mugen, I think Nightrider is getting at FT members that don't venture far from either office or surf. FT and F7L5 are completely different, though some people here are in boh clans. Edited Tue Nov 28 2006, 09:27PM |

Ty for bring up my reply in Jb's nomination. The person that voted no only surfs. I looked up his hours for FTC. It came up with none. Jb is trying to get into FT, not F7L5. I think that it should be for only people that actually play F7L5 not people that only play surf.

Well if it is someone who had no chance of meeting him like a surfer (if it were on surf a officer but this case surfer) I dont really see how they exspect to know him and so theyoculdnt vote yes on anyone that gose to office. I understand what you mean about voting no becouse you didnt meet him in that sence. Though I can understand if someone voted no becouse they hadnt meet him and are a regular on office. Personally I dont know much of him so I didnt voted but some peopel may not feel confortable with someone they dont know there is always a tomarrow. If the nomnation fails just give it some time. Since that is a pritty jumbled I am going to simplfy what I tried to say. Not knowing a guy is a understandable reason to vote no unless you have condtions that owuld have made it impossable for oyu to meet him. Also if that is the reason he fails tell him to get his name out there a bit more and then try again. |

A Drunk wrote ... The person that voted no only surfs. ??? did you forget me?! I voted no as well, because there are too many people in FT in my opinion. I think this alone should give me the right to vote against him... after all I'm in ft and can vote the way i like. Don't come at me saying I don't know him... I just met him yesterday (or they day before) and i play FTC regularly, so i don't know why i didn't see him before. (anyway, me and jb get along very well but that doesn't mean I'd take back my vote.) Edited Tue Nov 28 2006, 09:38PM |

That's not what I'm talking about Nostie. You think that we are saying everyone in general. No, we mean the people that are like "No" simply because they never met the person. Yeah Alex, I don't know why I thought I could make that into a vote. It kinda sounds dictating so I'll rephrase. I'm just recommending that the people that put input in a vote know the person, have played with him before, and know him on the forums. It's only fair that it goes this way. So it's just a huge suggestion to others that have happened to vote in this sense. |

Nostie what i posted was nothing about you at all. I posted about irish's vote. Also, clans usually want more people. That is why we have nominations so that we can get more people into FT. It is not like people dissepear at random times b/c one thing happend or another. I just don't think that people should post based on the fact that they only surf and have never even see the other person. I think that when u posted was right for your opinion b/c u think that their are too many people in FT. You didn't vote "No" b/c u haven't meet JB before but b/c u think that we have too many people in FT.

My quote of you was just because you said "THE" person who voted against JB (there are multiple) I agree with the main point of this thread, but people will do what they want, so this thread is pointless. (note the irony) What people have the right to do, they will do. |
