Well personally I like to get to know someone before I vote yes and you would have to do a good job of convincing me to get me to vote someone I don't feel I know good enough. If I don't know a person well enough to make a jugement I don't make a jugement. As for termination I don't like to vote people so I look at the exact time which rainman had not meet. I didn't judge it based on his time on the server since I don't know him at all. |

This is a bit off topic, but I would like to say this: The entire recruitment process seems flawed. Many people would like to vote no for certain recruits, but when others have in the past they get pestered about "not knowing him/her" as a BS reason for voting no... Having multiple (just a pair of  ) servers in FT that have drastically different bases of users, and trying to convince them that we should all want to recruit the same people seems ridiculous. We should probably have "franchise" clans and drop the single tag among all members.
