I'm starting to think that we have too many members in FT who disrespect admins (especially the more experienced ones) and are generally annoying... I think possibly having a 2/3 instead of majority vote ONLY for people who are being voted in (and possibly out?? let me know about out...) would help keep that shit down... LMK what you guys think |

I dont agree everyone should have a equil say in if someone gets in under your system thee peopel who vote yes would be under represented since their votes only count for 1/3 what a no vote dose. No vote should hold more weight then any others. | ||

That could depend on who has less patience or not. Some people get more annoyed then others, but it would be nice if we knew who you were referring to. | ||

Well I have a few that I will talk to Alcohol about, which I'm not mentioning., but it seems like this is heading in that direction. The way the vote is is fine, and nominations tend to sway over an opinion especially if a person gives a logical reason why they should not be nominated. | ||

I disagree. it seems to me that more people vote yes, no matter what... I feel like many guys play with other people, and they think that just seeing the person online makes them a good guy... because of that, they vote yes when they see a vote come up... same thing for terminations... a lot of people were hesitant to terminate rainman simply because they had played with him before (correct me if I'm wrong, which i very well might be) | ||
