Here are some answers to common questions about our clan. I'll try (and any other person is welcome) to update this as we go, but for now here is the most common question: Q. I am NOT an admin on an FT server -- how do I join? A. You get an existing member to invite you. The member who invites you must follow the voting process to recruit a new member. Q. I AM an admin on an FT server -- how do I join? A. You have to be recruited by the same voting procedure just like everyone else. Q. I am already an FT member and I want to recruit someone, how do I do this? A. If you don't want to read all the way through the voting system then here is the basic info you need: - You can only have one proposal/vote open of any kind, including recruitment. - You first make a discussion post and state exactly who you would like to recruit, and set a timeframe from the discussion. Members are to discuss why or why they don't approve of the recruit, but this is not the time to vote yet The minimum is three days for the discussion phase. - During the discussion phase at least two other members must approve that the proposal is valid before a vote may take place. - After the discussion phase is over, and enough vote approvals are given, start a new thread (with NO poll on it) where members can vote either 'yes' or 'no' to allowing the recruit into the clan. You also put a timeframe on the voting phase, and the minimum is three days. - Votes are then tallied, the thread is closed, and the recruit is either into the clan or not.
