I was a active regular on FTC for almost a whole year b4 i got into the clan. But now a days it just seems like people are able to get in too easily. I agree with Havok, we should clean up the roster a bit and try and toughen up on the requirements. I really don't fuss over it, because we have the 9-5 sub clan which is not getting out of hand. Didn't want to mention this.. but i also feel that every nomination should be like Kever's.. seeing how almost all the people in the clan voted on the thread, and the number of yes votes are substantially greater than the number of no votes. It just shows that you have played enough for other members in the clan to recognize you. Instead of the usual thing that happens most of the time, which is "Oh.. hey when did you get into FT??". Basically all in all, FTC has established regulars and gets populated easily. If we take in everyone who has the hours and comes onto the website once in a while then it leaves no distinction between the people who actually care about the sever and a "regular". I'm gradually starting to agree with this. I think a proposal needs to be made to toughen up the standards. They are a little too easy to accomplish. | ||

I didn't read all this. Not gonna lie. No problem cleaning the roster up, I was just on vaca. Active people, are always welcome into FT. Especially if they meet the requirements. |
