I know that when you make a nomination for a person, you think that they are well worthy and respected enough to get into this clan. Lately, I have been voting no to almost every proposal that is made up for a person to get into FT. People are always wondering why someone votes no consistently (Like Omni). I think that people are taking things such as qualities, hours, behavior, dedicated-ness, way out of context or just not thinking enough. We need to think about these kinds of things when we nominate someone. I know that you are never perfect obviously, but we need to think about a person's qualities way more when we nominate someone. Is the person the following: 1. A person that consistently follows the rules. 2. A person that never starts anything up. 3. A person that you actually enjoy to see playing. 4. A person that you know is extremely well liked. 5. A person that never disrespects admins, and sets himself/herself as an example for everyone. I'm not talking about someone like a kiss-ass or something. I'm talking about someone that takes the initiative, and does this shit on his/her own will. Someone that just plays this game to hop on the Classic, have fun, and talk with his e-friends. I want people to start thinking about these kinds of qualities when they nominate someone. Don't think about how much you enjoy having this person around, also think about everyone else. FT is a big clan, and has since been over-growing. Clans have fallen because they let people in too lightly. I am not pointing out anyone specifically in this clan because I generally get along with everyone. I have my run-ins with people now and then, but I never let that bother me. A clan shouldn't be full of high school drama. I hop on to FTC to forget about what's going on for me in reality. I am a competitive person, so I do take the game somewhat seriously, and people have had their shits and giggles watching me blow up and let cuss words out left and right. But I do not let my anger or frustration ruin relationships with anyone in the clan. Please take what I wrote into consideration when you are nominating someone in the clan. It's all too rare when we see someone where almost the entire majority votes yes because they enjoy him so much. <3 all of you. |

I do like a lot of the people being nominated, but the AMOUNT of nominations recently have been too many in a short period of time. Which is why I tend to vote no (unless I <3 the person) If you see me vote no on a nomnomnom, doesn't mean I don't like you. It means I'm trying to slow down the amount of people coming in to the clan at once. And knight, I agree with you 100% |

I've yet to make an FT nomination, been here for over two years. But I agree, I will vote no strictly by the reason of the person isn't that much fun to play with. | ||

makes me wonder sometimes if the requirements should be raised...SOMETIMES but overall as long as people read what knight says the problem will be solved |

And knight, I agree with you 100% 100% same way I feel, there have been what? 4 new members into FT within the last month?!?! I don't not like any of these newest members but I also don't feel that they have devoted as much time as the other members of the clan. I don't want to see FT go from being, a clan where you have to deserve to be in, to a clan that anyone who plays for a while and talks on their mic for a while can just throw the fucking tag on. |
