This is something that I've been toying with for a few months now, and I've decided that it is time for me to resign. This is for a combination of reasons... First among these is that a number of my favorite people have left the clan or simply don't appear much on the server, they don't need to be named but the fact is that many of the people I most enjoy playing with are no longer on FT servers or rarely are. Additionally, I am not a huge fan of the way that FTC has been going in terms of admin presence and quality, which I allude to in another thread that I have made. The direction we have been going in as far as server population has also dampened my enthusiasm for the clan. There have also been spikes of action that I have not agreed with, most notably the bans of Swrd, Mike Young, and, temporarily, LaoTzu. I'd also like to get off my chest that I have always felt a bit like a second-tier member of the FT community, despite being a regular player and active on the forum (though my post count may not rival that of post-spammers). Finally, as I wrote my misconduct thread, I realized that the FT drama is simply not for me anymore. I found myself rather frustrated with Ktulu, and this game is not worth frustration. I will continue to play cs, mostly elsewhere, and still drop in at the tank from time to time. I thank those of you who have been e-friends to me for smiles and the occasional laugh-out-loud moments. It may not be tradition to name individuals, but as this will most likely be the last thread I post in on these boards, I would like to say thank you to the following individuals (in no particular order): Sla, Glas4d, Kool-Aid, Goose, 3Stripe, Bandito, Awse, Tits, and Zero. See you when I see you, ABadNewsBear Edit: Before making this thread I nominated Kamikaze as he wishes to be a member of the clan and I believe he meets the requirements and deserves it. Sad to see you go. I think you should stick it through... but you have made your choice. That is your decision. I myself have seen many of my buddies go. The ones that hit hardest were Wild and Jigg. A few others have also made me upset. I havent been on the servers, and i have been bummed as to where things have been going recently. I may not post as much lately, and i may not be in the servers, but i know clearly wat goes on most of the time. Im still here though. Sometimes resigning is not the answer. Sometimes taking a mediocre break is all you need. We will still be here if you decide to return. Good luck in your future. |

Well Boom, I play FT mainly for the people, as I said. You probably should have been on the list of people I thanked, but I never see you on any more. I've kept up on FT stuff via forum/in game and it isn't for me anymore. | ||
