I like reading these posts!  Sounds like Amish is thinking like this: Every man is for himself and you shouldn't care what happens out there in Washington because they don't have you, the middle and low income people, in mind! Yea! Fuck those Congress people and I don't give a fuck what they do, they aren't helping for shit!! And Glitch is thinking like this: Dude! We have to unite! Our liberty is being restricted! We have to do something! We the people have to demand our freedom back and demand sound money for a better economy!! And so, these two will fight in this topic forever until they both die! Where is the progress in this conversation! We have to be more civil in this topic and be very objective. And seems to me that the definition for objective is (from google): Not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts. According to this very definition, amish is far from being objective. This is the only problem which inhibits the conversation from progressing. Put your thoughts and emotions aside and watch this, again. -[link]- How do you feel after watching that WHOLE scene? We are people and have similar struggles, and you think we'll get anywhere by thinking like amish!!?? P.S. Glitch asked his question genuinely and amish treated it as a sarcastic question, and that is not fair to glitch. Obviously Amish taught himself how to prosper in America, or at least that is exactly what he is implying. Don't mix emotions in this topic, that is what I mean when I say you got to be objective. Then again, emotion is what drives people, like Amish, to tolerate what the Government does and ignore the impact Government has in his life. It is that kind of mindset that causes the people to loose hold of the evil Government. |
