I'm gonna throw a guess out there and say... Parents.

With a limited realm of interaction, often times children will idolize a parent when they are young.

Champagne only bubbles after the bottle is opened. Opening a bottle,,, of milk or juice. Something that 4-5 yr olds know a lot about.

Piss em off and they'll get mad.

A child who is angry with a parent.

I guess its a bit sappy, but if kindergarteners can answer the riddle and their world revolves around the home, school and teletubbies, its gotta be something basic. If smart, independant and maturing young adults at Harvard can't guess the answer to the riddle, the answer must be something basic. I hope the answer isn't some BS yes/no thing.

I Googled it and this answer seems to be pretty interesting...

Amy's Answers: Guess what guys, the task at hand is NOT to answer the riddle. The directions ask "Can you guess the riddle?", and yes we can. The riddle is: What am I?

For anyone who has taken the SAT or ACT, be sure to always read the directions fully. The actual answer is irrelevant, the point was to tell what the Riddle was asking...it's asking us "What am I???"

So, the answers are very simple after that: 1. What makes polar bear's white? The SUN 2. What will make you cry? An ONION (among other things) 3. What makes men have to pee -AND- girls comb their hair? WATER 4. What can make celebrities took stupid -AND- normal people look like celebs? MAKEUP 5. What makes pancakes brown -AND- champaine bubble? HEAT 6. If you squeeze this, it'll pop: a BUBBLE 7. If you look at this, you'll pop: PRESSURIZED GAS (yeah, very scientific. Actually, it's not looking at it that makes you "pop", it's just being expossed to it. It works either way though).

no no no. You cannot assume that IF you could look at them then you would pop. You would have to provide a more concrete reason than "if you in some way could look at thi..."

otherwise that opens the door to everything you cannot see bout could do {insert what it would do here} if you could look at it.

There is no concrete answer. Thus it being the "hardest riddle" I have a paradox for you though.

A man is sentenced to be executed for a horrible crime. The judge says he will be killed some time over the next week, between monday and sunday. He also says the man must not know when he is going to be killed, it must be a surprise. The man reasons that he cant be killed on sunday, because if he is alive on saturday, the execution must be on sunday, and he wouldnt be surprised. He then reasons that it cant be Saturday, because if we was alive friday, he would know it would have to be saturday. He uses this logic to rule out every single day, and believes he is safe from being executed. How is his logic flawed?

i donno if i can explain it well but i will try:

He would have to live through the week to the last day to know that he cannot be killed after that. Can they not just kill him on a day be4 Sunday even if he knows he cannot be killed then that does not mean he knows it will be on that thurs (b/c Sunday hasn't happened yet).
