Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

If you don't exercise at all, 2000 calories. If you exercise 3 times a week, 2300 average(more on the days you exercise, obviously) 5 times a week, 2500. |

Hmm, seeing as I work in the fitness industry in a gym I figured I'd chip in. First off, since its my favorite thing to do, I'm going to call Ruskiy a retard. One hint Ruskiy, you will see better results if you dont train your biceps and triceps on the same day. Training one at a time will provide better bloodflow and better recovery. Try training your tri's with your chest and your bi's with your back. This is because most chest motions are pushing motions utilizing the triceps. On the flip side, most back workouts involve pulling motions using the biceps. As for calories, that would depend on if you want to bulk up, slim down, or maintain. There are many calorie calculators out there that you can use. Its relatively simple, find out the calorie level you can eat that will maintain your weight. From there you can either increase or decrease your intake to gain or lose weight. Nostie, 2500 calories a day when working out is not nearly enough. Unless you happen to be overweight and are trying to majorly slim down. And your calorie intake is a day to day thing, so it should NOT vary depending on how many days a week you work out. If your body if burning calories from working out, you need to replace them, and more if you want to gain. Noskill, you should figure out what type of bodytype you have. Either endomorph, ectomorph, or mesomorph. Depending on your bodytype you can determine your calorie intake. For example, I have an extremely fast metabolism, if I want to gain muscle mass I have to eat approximately a shit ton of calories. I can basically eat what ever I want, all day. I'm talking 6-8 meals a day, weight gainer shakes (1500 calories each) the works. Back when I was working out I was putting down 4000-6000 calories a day. And no, its not easy, its a shit load of food if you are eating decent stuff. As for vitamins, I take a joint formula and a multi-vitamin by Animal Pack. Which can be found at bodybuilding.com. Its a lot of pills, but its all good stuff and you dont want to be lacking any of it if you are working out. Bleh its 105* in my room and I dont think anything I just wrote flowed but w/e. If you have any Fitness related questions feel free to ask. If I dont know the answer I can find out. |

How do I figure that out? I'm 5'8", 157lbs and spent the last 12 months drinking beer & eating pizza, which resulted in love handles and a beer guy, although I'm beginning to burn through it now with the new regiment. |

Omega, fitness related question: How much would it cost per month to have someone like you teach me how to work out and how to diet? P.S. NoSkill, aka the "Plunderer of Loose Vaginae", why would you buy a book on how to go down on a chick? I thought you were a real man. Edited Sat Aug 30 2008, 12:30AM |
