I know a many of you finishing high school and a lot of you done with it. What college going to or applied and for what major. I got accepted to UF (GO GATORS NIGGA), Bussiness Administration, and I got a 75% scholarship |

I go to Pittsburgh Technical Institute. I'm getting my Associates degree there for Information Technology Network Administration, and then I plan on getting my Bachelors at Boise State! WOOT! GO BRONCOS! BLUE TURF FTW! | ||

Went to John John Jay College of Criminal Justice over in Manhattan. Then failed out and went to Westchester Community College. | ||

I did Vocational High School and took Drafting as m trade. Went to community college for 3 years earning two associates in Civil Engineering Technology and Engineering Science X-fer, then went to UMass Dartmouth for Civil Engineering, currently I've quit that to sell stuff/run a business/look after my investments, etc. In the future I'll be getting my Real Estate Agent's License and Construction Supervisors, allowing me to buy property, build on it/rennovate it, and sell it, without having to hire anyone but the tradesmen to do the physical work. Get raped. |

my college prospects are looking... bleek to say the least. (shit i miss bleek) i was looking into Texas, but that was like 4 years ago and theres no way i get into a big school like that. I was then looking into UMaine to get a degree in journalism, but i took a trip up there and was turned off by the campus atmosphere (i thought i would like a big campus, but i hated it actually). I'm going to likely stay in state due to how much cheaper it will be, but as to where im going i have no clue. I know for a fact i could get into MMA (maine maritime academy) since my dad went there and is close friends with the president, but i'm not too appealed by what they have to offer in terms of majors (its an engineering school... not exactly the place for someone who aspires to be a sports journalist...) but i guess theres nowhere for an average student to go (my current gpa: 85.75 and dropping). very few extra-curricular activities as well. only thing i have going for myself is my community service hours, which i'm at about 145 since freshman year (i need 20 in order to graduate, so i'd say im pretty much set  ).

umm 2 options for me, either going to SUNY Albany for something in Business like Marketing, or something in computers because Careers for anything computers has grown more than 30% in the last 4 years, or I'm going to Hudson Valley Community College until I have grades good enough to be accepted in Albany. If I went to either of these schools I would live with my eldest brother for close to nothing. Or, 2nd option is to stay at home and go to SUNY Delhi for the same, either business or computers. I'm trying to take the cheapest route, while still getting the 'same' majors. I take my first SAT December 6th  I'm fucking worried to all shit, I haven't even started studying yet(yes, I know, studying kills, I'm an advocate for people to not study for anything.. but this is the rest of my life, and needless to say I'm not prepared)I haven't even thought of out of state due to scholarships being harder and rooming being more expensive. I'm Cheap, so that I will have more money OUT of college then other people. I plan on not doing ANY loans for the first 2 years. It's a challenge, but I don't want Debt. |
