11 miles in 45 minuets is almost 14-15mph average. It's ok. Real cyclists ride 75+ miles at over 20 mph... so it's not really good, in my book. |

14.3 miles. in roughly 53 minutes (give or take 30 seconds). My legs are on fire, but I kept a pace of 16+ mph. Going for the big 20 on Friday that I have planned out. |

Ohh, I picked up that bike, and all the shit that went with it today. Pretty F'n Sweet. Just needs a new chain (still ride able, but would be better with one) And maybe need to true the back tire, not sure. Gonna bring it in to the shop next week probably. | ||
