Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

What an exciting day of bowl filled action! We seen college mayhem up to our eyeballs! Whatever the case, even though my highly anticipated Wolverines lost the Rose Bowl, I still had a positive outcome out of this day. I'll review the bowl games to my happiness and dismay. My favorite would go down as the Fiesta Bowl. What a damn good ending. Boise State comes in 12-0 looking to beat the Oklahoma Sooners, whom have been bowl happy over the past years. This one got to your gut, no matter what side you rooted for. After blowing a 28-10 lead, it all seemed like it was over whenever an interception was taken back for a touchdown to give the Sooners a 35-28 lead with 1:02 left on the clock. I covered my eyes and yelled every insult known to man at the asshole that returned that interception for a touchdown. Just when you thought it was all over: It wasn't. They got the ball back, and drove down field. Then, after getting sacked and throwing an incompletion on 3rd down, it was 4th and 18. If you hadn't known, Boise State's coach makes some damn gutsey calls, but they work. And this, it did. They snap the ball, he throws the ball, and the guy catches it about 4 yards with three defenders rushing at him. Just when you think it's all over, the reciever turns around and laterals it to another reciever. He takes it, runs all the way downfield for a touchdown. All I could say in astonishment and joy was "What now, motherfucker!" Then it goes to overtime. Boise State wins the toss and elects to be on defense. Oklahoma gets the ball at the 25, and they decide to hand it off to Adrian Peterson, who takes the ball all the way to the enzone for a touchdown. After seeing the playcalling and the genious of Boise State's coach, it didn't phase me a bit. Now Boise State gets the ball, and drive it down to the 5. On a 4th and 2, they make yet another brilliant but gutsy call. The quarterback leaves the pocket and runs as the motion man like if he's a wide reciever, and the WR that was standing by him gets the ball and runs over to the right. He throws a nice little floater right into their tight end's hands. Touchdown. And then, Boise State goes all or nothing, and goes for the two point conversion to win the game. This has got to be the best thing I've ever seen in a football game that I've watched, and has to be pure genious. He snaps the ball, and pumps his arm...But there is no ball in his hand. Instead, he has the ball in his other hand, and hands it right to his running back, who runs into the endzone on the left side untouched. Boise State wins. In a glorifying finish in what could be one of the best finishes to a dream season, this had to be the best. The Mustangs go 13-0 and get a well deserved win. _______________________________________________________ Penn State wins another bowl game in an amazing upset over Tennessee to give Joe Paterno 22 bowl victories. ________________________________________________ _______ West Virginia wins without Steve Slaton over Georgia Tech. An undoubtably superb game for Patrick White for those that underrate him. ______________________________________________________ _ To much disbelief, USC hammers Michigan to win the Rose Bowl. John Booty has the game of his lifetime, and lives up to great quarterbacks of USC such as Carson Palmer and Matt Leinhart in terms of performances. _____________________________________________ __________ Wisconsin beats Arkansas in the Capital One bowl to cap off the best winning season in school history. __________________________________________________ _____ In a defensive showdown, Auburn beats Nebraska to win the Cotton Bowl. _______________________________________________________ T wo more games remain to be played. The Sugar Bowl, and the National Championship. I will review both games after they occur. To whoever read this, thank you for reading, and tell me how I did. I'd have went into more detail about the other games had I watched them. I got dissapointed midway through the Rose Bowl and played some CSS. Happy bowl gaming and hope you made your predictions right |
