I had also forgot to mention the Boston College Eagles, who are ranked #2 nationally, and are my pick to win the national championship this year. kamikaze wrote ... The Patriots record will not last long for they play the colts, who are much more stable and focused than the patriots. They are not always bosting.(cough*Randy Moss*cough) I disagree with you here. The Colts are good, but is their defense as reliable as the Patriot's defense? That's an easy question. The answer is no. It's going to be an interesting duel between two great quarterbacks, however, Peyton Manning's numbers are nowhere near as great as Brady's numbers this year. I think it will be a shootout to be honest, but the Patriot's defense will hold out better than the Colts, and the Patriots will win. Well of course, they better win. As they have a game coming up soon against the Steelers. You've seen what we've done with the Seahawks, and I don't doubt we can do that to someone like Tom Brady. Pressure = key to winning. |

The Pats/Colts this week will be the game of the year, by far. Whoever wins that should be the fav to take the Superbowl. This is looking like some sort of 'I love Boston' thread.  The Celtics have Garnett/Pierce/Allen,,, but that's it. They don't have depth and the Atlantic won't be a pushover with the Raptors in the mix. Dare I ask if anyone watches Nascar? Jeff Gordon is in the lead with last year's Nextel Cup winner Jimmie Johnson only 9 points behind him. 3 races left in the season, it should be good.

Yankees aren't making the playoffs next yr. ( note the closure of the period) i picking up the colts over patriots 28 -21. when it happens please know ill be referring to this very thread. however it all means nothing since Vincent Vega wrote ...
