Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

We're getting closer to a stable server now. That said, there are still some problems; some of which I can't control. Simply put: this is because some stuff for the private CS:GO beta just doesn't work. My first grievance is the lack of an MOTD. It will be crucial when the official release (or public beta) is a go, but we have no way to test it now. The other major annoyance is that the map groups don't seem to work as described. Don't worry about the details, and maybe I'm just being retarded about these settings, but if the test server is on something other than office then just go with it. It doesn't really matter that much... except for the hostname that says 24/7 office. Anyways, here is what I need you to test: Weapon Bans Make sure you can't buy any of these weapons, and please test every which way you can think of to buy them (menu, console, rebuy, etc): awp sg550 g3sg1 ssg08 xm1014 This plugin is pretty simple but I haven't tested it much. It was written with a massive hangover last Friday, so I need some gentle feedback if it doesn't work. Team Killing/Spawn Protection This plugin is a bit more complex: - Spawn protection is set for 10 seconds after the round_freeze_end event is done. If you kill someone before that time then you're toast, and you will acquire bad karma points - You will also acquire bad karma points for any FF damage, and an additional penalty for FF that results in a TK - These points gradually dissipate at the end of each round, but not if you inflict ANY FF during a round - Killing members of the enemy team will rapidly dissipate bad karma points - If you accrue too many then you will be temporarily banned (5 minutes for testing) I know it's going to be a pain to test (I've done it!), but I need you guys to test out TK'ing each other. This plugin is also a little rough around the edges--please go easy on critiquing it. cTB cTB follows a complex and well-designed (if I do say so myself!) process of gauging team-strength, individual player performance (both session and historical data), and swaps accordingly. It has proven itself able to accommodate a wide range of team-balance situations, so... if you don't get it by now... please don't tell me that it doesn't work without doing some serious fucking homework first! I know this isn't the best way to ask for critical feedback, but seriously... have your shit together before you say anything is wrong with my baby. Made it this far? Ok! Here is the IP for the CS:GO server: 74.91.122.249 Please test and post results here--thanks! |

I should have taken Rusty's advice before he left and used his account for testing (-_-)

Gravy The only thing I am going to request is to maybe shorten down the TK protection to 7 or 5 from 10. A lot of action can start happening on maps such as office that is accidental around the 8 to 10 second mark, and I see lots of 'accidents' resulting from this. The karma method that is built-in to this plugin is definitely hawt, as it saves a lot of time having to check through logs and stats to see who is really lying and telling the truth when you hop on to the server to take care of a TK issue. And for any of you that secretly diss cTB, to say that the plugin is impressive is really saying the least. Alex showed me the guts/coding of the plugin and it's really awesome and scary how talented he is with these plugins. It's easy to say that you're computer savvy and know your shit when it comes to IT, but you will most likely think twice when you read any of Alex's coding Thanks Alex for taking care of the majority of this in my absence, it is really appreciated. Buttsecks for all! |

This portion is going to require some serious testing. Also, before I forget, you can forgive someone for teamkilling by saying this in regular chat: /ffk_forgive Knightrider wrote ... At this point, if cTB is implemented anywhere else other than FTC, Alex would definitely know who the culprit behind it was |

Thanks for all the hard work and time you've put into this. Looking forward to testing 'er out. And I didn't even know you created the cTB algorithm/plugin, much respect. It's well done. I appreciate how verbose it is in the console, lot of good information there. It also solves the traveling salesman problem, amirite? |

I'm interested in the karma system. It sounds like a great idea and I am very interested to test it out. Good work Alex.

Otherwise, I don't see how sharing the wealth would necessarily harm anyone-in fact it would probably benefit the CS:GO community. |
