I don't think all of the changes are necessarily bad, but they could definitely do a better job of communicating those changes! Anyway, FF is working again. The FF Karma plugin is working now that there is friendly fire to inflict, too. |

Yeah, I should have time this weekend to look at the Grenade Buy Limit plugin. I already know of one small issue with the "Arms Embargo" plugin: the rejection sound when trying to buy a restricted weapon doesn't work. This is because they have added specific types of T and CT models depending on the map, so the default sound I was using isn't available anymore. On that note, the T models for office are funny looking now. They're anarchists. Or Occupy members... maybe both! The CTs are the fucking FBI! When the round starts you hear a random radio sample, and one of them is "Let's make the Bureau proud" or some shit... Anyway, I'm counting on you guys to test this shit so we know what needs to be fixed before the official launch next Tuesday. |

Ok i played for 2 hours...and couldnt log off because it was too much fun. And we had people WAIT-LISTED to get into the server lol. The game isnt even fully released yet and we are getting a ton of people. I wrote down a few things while playing. FFK is annoying because if you accidentally TK someone, they get auto-slayed the following round. I understand that we do not have a plug-in yet to provide the option to the victim to slay or not...so my opinion is to remove that one part of it for now as it seemed to be annoying to several people. I am not sure how to enable this, but you cannot cycle through opponent team players once you are dead. Only people on your team. This should be changed to all players. I noticed all talk was off but dead talk was on. I prefer all talk but it isnt a priority right now. I did notice that there was less of a "social" feel to the server with all talk off. The auto-shotty on both sides is restricted as well as the scout. The Scar is unrestricted though and needs to be restricted. cTB worked very well and i was pleased. We are gonna need admins very very soon. There were several AFK people that needed a slay. I also wanna start promoting the forums and the clan in-game. Overall great job Alex!! Mucho props! The game is fun too. At first i was very hesitant, but i warmed up to it. Im upset at the fact that there are no silenced weapons, which i think is fucking retarded, and that i cannot bunnyhop....which sucks. But ill get over it. The Office itself is done VERY WELL and has such an "office feel" to it that it rocks. The weapons are done great and the molotov adds such an awesome aspect to the game. The shotgun however...as much as i like it because im the Shotty Hotty...is very powerful lol. Maybe a bit too powerful. And i will be happy to say that i am WAAAAAY better in GO than i am in Source lmao |
