Key word being move. Now as for the misrepresenting FT, it was either because you said something like there was nothing wrong with camping or you said something that was disrespecting ME. I'm pretty sure it was the latter. Yes I called you a camper and a pussy, and I'd say I was sorry, but after I bitched you out (and you came back) you ended up taking point some and being one of those guys I was happy to have with me when I died !!!  Yes, I go crazy when I join and see CT getting a beatdown because they are not moving fluidly. So I kick some afk, slay some campers, bitch some more. And Voila, CT starts getting some wins or at least goes down trying. Don't remove your FT tag Vulture, your attitude is great, (i.e. you didn't go into a fit of rage when I was obviously being harsh, and you didn't even name me in this thread) and you do have skill that I'm sure will be honed with time. Vulture said..... In response to this, all I can say is, I don't slay people when they don't go where I ask. And that's the only way I can see you controlling every move in the game. Yes I give directions A LOT. But damn if it dont work sometimes when we get the team on the same page. Are you ready, here's the apology. I got on your case a little hard today Vulture, too hard.  I'm sorry for being an ass, but must say I probably wont stop lighting a fire under CT's ass.  Thanks for the apology and a view from your eyes how the CTs should proceed in a match. I went back in later and pushed a bit harder and actually did ok!!! I'm always open to suggestions in ALL parts of jmy life ..not just gaming. I have all the fingers on my left hand..but my hand was severly damaged (nervesand tendons).Its actually kinda funny how I have to play but it works. Thank god for mice with programable buttons or I would be in the shit. Ill post sometime how I configure my mouse to do most everything except jump and left right movements. Thanks for your reply AW you have gained my respect. |

Vulture I was going to post earlier and tell you that it was more likely than not an emotional comment that an insult wasn't the intention... I see now that's the case. Also from now on I'm not camping but "bringing up the rear". Besides it's harder to bait teammates when you rush all the time LoL. J/P I try to mix it up... but nothings better than killing 6 terrorists with 30 seconds left and having your teammates say "Damn nice job, but I lost all my money." |

It happens on every map, every server, and every skill level. Theres always someone who sits there with their thumb up there ass. No, I'm not saying that to be rude, but this is how many people get knifed. You think you're helping but it causes FF and T's flank from behind. If you want to be back there cover the back. Don't pull out your dickstand and watch other's die, help them. Vulture since you're open to suggestions: When playing back window you want to first get rid of anyone in the stairs and then the top of the stairs and at the immediate back window. Then you can cover the rear (garage door/stairs) and give everyone the go to move into main hall and T spawn. Once you think you've given them time, join them. If there are Ts coming let your team know and then back up with them. It's harder to kill a group then pick off indivduals. As soon as it's clear, move in. It is most likely T is doing it's job and there are at least 2 kills in t spawn for you, so go get them. Anything else, let me know. PS: do you still use WASD? or is it a diff setup? sounds difficult. But I will not (no offense) take thought of your handicap when i see you in the server. You have killed me many times..you deserve your's back.

AHH TOO MUCH READING!!! so let me get this straight... awse "called out" vulture, said he wasnt representing our clan? i saw the apology. didnt bother reading it. if all is well, then all is well. But if i ever see anything like this again i will NOT BE HAPPY. EDIT: Staying back, eh? I am a victim of this on surf alot. Especially when theres no admins on. Thanks for all the input and I will be more aware of hanging on that back window I love so much. Havok no I dont use WASD I use the arrow keys.I did spend less time perching tonight and did ok so a little more practice at it and I believe I can do more damage. I hope this thread can die off soon because we kissed and made up. |

I'm glad to see everything is working out well in this situation, and no rage-filled posts are boiling over to the point where this thread has to be locked. Honestly, this sounds like the flipside of me being on T's and bitching at all the T's that rush ten rounds straight and continue to mumble "rush garage" over and over again... Not exactly the same setup, but the circumstances are similar -- an admin get's pissed at his team and takes it out on someone. I think most people should look at this the same way as when I flip out as a T who hates T rushing. As havok mentioned, it happens everywhere and you can't expect to have everything goi the way you want. While Vulture hangs out at back window a lot I have no problem with tossing a nade his way. Christ, I can see him from a T spawn point (curved hall) so it's not like it's that big of a problem!He's not one of those guys that pops off a few shots and then hides back in garage. He either gets a kill and moves on or stays there until he dies. Trust me when I say there are a lot worse styles of CT play on office. Again, it sounds like everything is taken care of here, but I would like to point out the fact that most people tolerate my moments of raging on regs (and even admins... Yes, I'm thinking of you, Omega ) yet everyone seems to tolerate it. Goose mentioned this a while back: most people are willing to look beyond a few blunders when they have perspective of what you have provided for our community. Whether you consider Awse being a bit harsh, or Vulture engaging in what some may consider CT camping... either way both of these guys are welcome on FTC and I look forward to playing with both of them.Let's move on! |
