I think it is Nightrider, an FTC admin, who should think a bit more before he speaks, is all. Also: The only affiliation I have with FBC is that I play there. Same as I played on FTC a lot. Anything I say is not the opinion of the admin/ownership of FBC. Edited Wed May 02 2007, 03:42AM |

Ok I just wanted to make sure. I am also a Synfull member. So you don't have to search for who to ban should it come down to that. (Wouldn't like it but, hey. You guys your duties right.) It will be rather rediculous if it comes down to people getting banned becasue they assosiated with Swrd and people that set up the server. I am a close friend of Swrds and I like both servers but I dont see how the hostility is directed so willinly without questions to his motive or anything, I mean was there any research done about why he did it? Sry for the bad spelling, hope you can survive through it.  Goat. |

Goat. All understood goat, which is why I tried to make it a discussion before action was taking by the Higher ups. I think that the ban against SWRD for one reason or another also had to deal with advertising on the FT server anymore. it was proved in the logs he was advertising, so nightrider banned him to stop that, thats not the only reason, it is just one of many Im going to bed. but no more flaming, and attacking. Discuss what happened, and what should be done, why what happened was wrong or right, etc. Discuss |

Lol... this is just a bullshit thread. So they put up a server that's 24/7 Office with 24 slots and named it FishBowl. It's not like there aren't any OTHER 24/7 Office servers with 24 slots. Sure they named it FishBowl which is immediately distinguishable as a mimicry of FishTank. Perhaps it was just in good fun and some people got a little too insulted by it? As far as I know, Swrd has never told anyone to go advertise on FTC, so he can't really be held accountable for the actions of other people just because he's the server owner. But he had no intention of keeping it as FishBowl forever, it was just a harmless joke. He's changing it soon. Meh, now I guess you guys can flame me for defending him, flame on. | ||

i didnt even know this shit was happening.... but i DID notice the past like 5 days a HUGE decrease in FTC activity. I figured it was just a school night and ppl had work and such... But it was only 11 at night... I even had mentioned to Bubble in SURF for christ sake, yes bubble in surf, said to him like "WTF is up with FTC only having 2 ppl in it. He didnt know what was going on and he was bored so he was surfing since FTC was dead. I dont know if FBC is directly contributing to a decrease in FTC, but i remember i used to have to fight and wait for a slot into FTC sometimes even at 2am. I just hope all is well with this issue and i am waiting on Alex's post. I feel bad since he is now payign for 4 extra slots lol. That arent even being used as often as it used to be. |

First off, I'd like to mention that I'm NOT affiliated with SF. I used to be, for scrimming and what not, then when I noticed them making their own server for the clan, which was solely based of FT Regulars and former FT Regulars, I left SF, and let Alex know of what I saw happening. I thought it was complete douchebaggery then, and now. I see this not as an attack on FTC, but as an attack on all of the FT servers. Seing as they are regulars, they must have read the MOTD for rules at some point, in which they would know advertising is a bannable offense. Aside from that, its a feeble attempt to break up a strong server/clan. |
