I was on a server and found a great script that makes sure people read and accept the server rules before playing, When you enter a popup like the map list vote thing comes up with all the rules like. 1.no camping 2.no racism. 3...... 4.Proceed and if you press the number of a certain rule and explanation of that pops up, then when you press 4 -proceed- it changes to -do you accept these rules- -read rules again- -don't accept them-. IF you press no then you get disconnected, if you just try and continue you get frozen until you accept the rules. I just thought it would be good implemented on both servers. -[link]- |

I've seen this before... and it is convenient in that it forces you to read the rules, but for regulars it gets annoying fast as it is indiscriminant and pops up every time you log on or every time the map changes (on the surf server). | ||
