I do think there should be specific notes on impeding other teammates in doorways, standing on teammate heads, careless flashbangs, ad nauseam... in the MOTD, though. I also think a section should go up on player privileges, that way it may be stated that player X abused his player privileges. Hopefully it will evoke the same kind of pants-shitting terror as the (typical) vapor claim of admin abuse. OK i'm bored, tired, and out of classes for a few months so i have some time to rip the stupidity in this thread. First, EVERYONE who said that they need to handle this like adults... congratulations you get a cookie. EVERYONE who said SLA needs to not make a thread and bitch, but should instead handle HIS problem privately needs to be euthanized to prevent spreading of the stupid gene. If the above was meant by "handle this like adults", your cookie is poisoned for a forced euthanization. If someone is blatantly breaking server rules, and this results in obstruction to SLA's game play, then it is not just his problem it is also an admin and community problem. "it's just a game" so the fuck what if it is just a game? Sla is playing to enjoy it, ninca and others should respect that and that is why we have the no tking rule, among others. If two friends want to blow each others brains out then so be it as far as i'm concerned. As long as it doesn't have major effects on the game for everyone else. However, if one of them doesn't want a part in the tking then the other person needs to stop or get banned. I don't give a shit if it's permanent or not, if they are regulars or not, or if they are in FT or not. |
