Dunno. I know it's less expensive, but it also seems shitty and laggy. Since we made the server swap it is RARE for me to see more than 5 people playing. I'm not sure whats up with FTC, but I don't like it. | ||

me either, i really dont like the server....i was just gonna do a thread about it too. and whats up with nobody playing on it...we got shit load of ft members and non are playing, pretty sad. | ||

Population wise, we've been taking a hit for a while now. Why do you think i go under aliases to fill the server (no one wants to play wiff me T_T). avg is like 4v4 from what i've seen and been able to grab randoms. As far as the server goes, i've been getting weird lag alot. Choke's at 0, rates are all ok, fps is 280ish, but it just looks like vid lag. I've been asking regs as well as random players if they notice lag but all they say are that they keep seeing the player models twitch irregularly. Last thing more as a side note before i do battle with the mighty Zzz's, wtf is with cCB. I thought nothing could be worse than cTb constantly picking on a handful of players and thats it, but cCB doesn't even make the switch, partially because its hard to hit the 6 player min, but even then i think i've seen it work once so far

I've played the new server twice (I think) and I didn't have any trouble with lag or choke--no more than I had with the old FTC. | ||
