I mean I'll be playing CS:S on East Coast Guardians server, it's a fucking sick, 32 man, custom map rotation server. It's basically what I've been looking for for a long time (a sick custom map rotation server). And uh D3... I'll play that when it comes out. I'd be willing to consider league play again... but other than that, that's about it for me. |

I have been playing AoC since release. Its an awsome game. However, i recently quit my current subscription because the game needs a bit of work. You need a budget PC to play the game on moderate settings in DX9. E.g. would be dual core processor, 2 gig of ram, 7600GT or better, 7200rpm hDD with 1.5gb/sec xsfer rate. I have all that except with a 9600GT instead, and its still choppy unless i tweak some shit. They did improve performance over on server side though. They fixed major memory leak problems as of late. CoD4 is ok. For some reason though, it got played out too quickly for me. After i reached max rank and got EVERYTHING i had no urge to play anymore. Its fun every now and then to get a bit realistic, but i dunno about that one. D2 is a no go. Too old, and will only be killed by D3. D3 is too far away and most people wont play and RPGs. Another would be C&C3, C&C3 Kanes Wrath, and the new RA3 that will be coming out at the end of the year i believe. Im in closed Beta, but havent got invited yet. Will be in a few weeks. Looks sick. Problem is though, not many ppl like RTS gameplay, as well as being able to play with more then 4 ppl at a time online without it lagging all to shit. WoW....ummm no. I played for 2 years, and i miss it to hell. However, BC killed the game. It was fun, but now its played out. 10 million players or not, its played out. Its one long grind, and everyone can get the best of everything with little to no effort now. WoTLK is going to be the same.... OOOOOHHHHHH LOOK DEATH KNIGHT!!! AHHH!!! NEW CLASS!!! Yea, cuz 10 million people arent going to be getting one... and your not going to have 10 million Death Knights jumping aimlessly around Orgrimmar with nothing to do within a few months of getting one. The game is dead. Plus, we have a guild in it.. If you want to play WoW, join up. Lets not cause a massive shift to the game. people dont have time for it. UT3 could be a good shift. But, gfx is the hold-up once again. That plus the low amount of mods and players for it right now. You would have to wait a bit to see how it turns out. UT04 is still better. Starcraft 2 is going to be another awsome game... but blizz has 40 people working on it, and its not even halfway done. Dont even bother. To tell you the truth, ive been doing some thinking. We shouldnt shift to a new game as far as FTC's sake. Maybe we should just, liek i stated earlier, ReVamp FTC. Instead of 24/7 office, make it 24/7 Office/Dust2/Aztec rotation, and then add Dust3 in there when that gets released. Enable 1-2 awps, alltalk, a few different mods, and then we would really have to be dedicated to keep it alive, and get some regs in there. If you have too, go to other servers and advertise. Fuck them all, lets do it. Its still FTC because its got classic maps. Lets make it Fish Tank Classic Rotation. We can stick it out until Valve releases a new CS, and then we can switch over to that when the time comes. When i think about it, this clan may not be CSS based... but actually in general, valve based. We are all HL fanbois for the most part, and stick to these games with a few exceptions. Lets stick it through. Lets totally revamp FTC. Im down. If you want, ill brainstorm today and think of a bunch of cool things to do to the server. Ill browse through some popular mods. |

you can't just tell people to play a new game and expect it to work... i've been in clans who try to change games. i've never seen it work |

I play at another office server when FTC's empty. I'm sure Glitch has been there. I know that Havok has played there. Btw, he has been trying to get on the forums but it says he's banned when he's not? Idk. Separate issue. Anyways, about surf: It gets boring after a week. I just can't be a regular in surf. It's impossible. |
