Emerican never really bothers me in SuperDuperHappyFunTimeYay, but one thing is for sure about it, there MUST be an admin when its played. Rounds have the potential to never end. I think that players should at least get a knife on it. Anyways, admins need to be present when playing that map. It would be annoying to tell noobs to type kill in console, only to be asked "Whats console?" | ||

Emerican would give the weapons about 1 minute into the round, when most of the people had gotten themselves out of spawn. When I was there, he slapped himself like twice. Once to just get to the top of the fish tank when he had surfed the map without slapping, and the other time I dont remember. In fact it was funner with Emerican, because most ppl on that map would just end up in jail and it was really boring. I think to solve the problem, remove that map. Emerican makes the server really fun when hes on and nowadays its usually full at night and mid afternoon

I find it alot more enjoyable when Emerican is on...Even though I am the one usually slapped, burned, blinded, and my favorite, Drugged. I notice that the server stays fulls when the admins are doing stupid things. |

In my personal expierience, I have never seen Emer use admin to his advantage (with the exception of rediculous maps full of people who are in jail within 5 seconds of leaving spawn.) I've never seen him use it in retaliation (using admin on someone who killed him or something. With the exception of enforcing rules of course P) which is more than I can say for a number of other admins. Perhaps I've never caught him on a bad day or something, I don't know, but thats just in my expierience. About the map, yea it can be VERY rediculous when there is a server full of people who bite at surfing, but it can be fun when there are people there willing to attempt to MAKE it fun. My solution: Pull it out of the rotation, so the server can't switch to it automatically, but keep it in the maplist, that way if there is an admin on and everyone would like to play it or something, a vote can still be run. That way you aren't taking away the pleasure of the map for those who genuinly like to play it. Anyway, maybe thats just me. Bleh. Edited Mon Mar 19 2007, 04:22AM |

personally i cant stand the map.....theres always at least one person who cant get out of spawn plus a lot of times no one gets to the end so we get to sit in jail with no weapons trying to get each other to type kill in console.....it is a challenging map and i like challenges but you think they could at least put in a simple glock in jail so someone could end it..... as for emer in my opinion what he does makes that map more bareable.....he doesnt do it right away either he waits till everyone but a few people who cant get out of spawn are left then gives weps Edited Mon Mar 19 2007, 11:53AM |
