"especially if i was a dick who happened to have 100 hours." Just meeting the MINIMUM requirements doesn't mean you get nominated, and even less voted in. The requirements are set up as a guidline, and the bare minimum to be considered for clan membership. |

I see this requirement as almost a job to get into the clan...I really have practically tired myself out of playing it. You guys do say that it flies by, but for me, it doesn't. This has been a real chore to even get a nomination. Job...Chore. If it it's so horrible to play on our server then why do you want to be in the clan? Playing on our server shouldn't be "chore". You should have fun, and not play constantly just to be able to wear the F7 tag. You guys only look for 100 hrs and 30 posts for the nomination, but once its up, these two things are completely disregarded, and you guys look for maturity, respect, etc. So it's kind of a contradicted requirement eh? 100 hours and 30 posts is not all we look for, for a nomination. Just because someone meets the requirements it doesn't mean that we're gonna automatically nominate someone. A person has to be, like you said, mature ,respectful, ect. The requirements were made to aid us in deciding whether or not someone deserves to be in F7. |

See, if you think you really belong in the clan, if you really love the server so much, the requirements should come as a second thought. I never even had to think of getting 100 hours at all, I had it by the time I even thought of joining. If you find playing on the server for 100 hours a "chore", clearly it does not demonstrate how much you want "in". |

when i got into the clan sheen, i had been playing in the server for about a good 5 months. the point of the 100 hours is so you can know enough of us people and get to know enough members well enough to feel accepted already. if its too much of a hassle for you to get the 100 hours, and its as bad as you say, i don't understand why you would wanna be in the clan or why i would want you in the clan | ||

Well guys this position is one coming from a casual player, it might have come out the wrong way, I really do want to be in. What I am trying to say is that if it was my decision for the hours thing then I would lower it to 75. I really only surf an hour a day, if that, and thats when I am active in CS. I think that this post really went the wrong way. I am sorry that I put on a bad image, its not what I wanted. I will get my hours as they should be, and we will go from there. You guys know me in game for the most part and I have never done anything wrong. I don't bitch at all, and I just play the game. With that said, my above post was all bitching and no playing. So I just went against what I really believe by making this post. I'll just keep going, and I hope to be playing with the tags on soon! Thank you, and my sincerest apologies, Sheen |

stop apologizing. god damn FT is scaring people away by acting so stern... I understand you sheen... it takes a long ass time to get the hours to join the clan, but someone brought up the point of "why do you even want to join the clan then?" can i get some clarification there? |

Sheen, I see where you're comming from too. I enjoy your presence in game, but I also have to go with dim, he played with us for so long, I mean, it'd be a miracle if he had under 100 hours, but what made him get his nom was that he was wicked chill and fun in game. I actually for a while forgot he was a reg and not a member, that was how it was back in the day. when i got in, they held game night trials, and took one or two people, the one time I tried out, I didn't get in, but I enjoyed surfing with everyone so much I stuck around. Soon enough, I knew everyone, and I didn't suck anymore, and I got voted in at a clan meeting without even knowing people wanted me in. I was so confusd when they told me to put on the tag. all in all, the hours don't overall matter, it is just, in 100 hours, how could you not meet a mojority of the clan, and actually play with them for more than 5 minutes. can't wait for you to get your requirments though sheen, bunch of us really like you, so if you get in, expect a great initiation! |

Yeah I realize the 100 hour thing is a good way to know people. All I have left to say, and this may be a bit of a complaint, idk, but when you decide you want to go out for the clan when you only have about 10 hrs, its very hard to just ignore that you have 90 more. It has been a long road, and honestly, its been tough too, the hours are hard to accumulate, but I have gotten to know Ktulu now to the point that we are chillin and playing GW haha so I see the point.
