Wow, pyro, You need to chill please. I've been playing with you for a long time, and you never, ever were like this till a couple months back when you started comming in under different names. I personally hate when admins/members do this, because trying to fool people into breaking rules isn't a job we're here to do. All we want to do is provide a FUN place for people to SURF counterstrike. You know, sometimes it's fun to abuse your admin when people on both ends are accepting it. Like the otherday I was fucknig around with hells till he said stop. And then I stopped. It was funny, everyone was laughing having a good time. Other times I'll play my hlss to get people laughing, usually a family guy song, or some dane cook. Those are fun. And sometimes, everyone agrees on singing along with the songs, which can be annoying, but really is funny if you think about it. You need to stop taking surf so seriously, this isn't a real fucking job. And saying admins don't care is very insulting to the rest of the admin crew, and because of that comment alone, I would rather you not have your admin anymore. If an admin is playing, we only have to get punishers by what we see and what we're told, so if no one tells us about a spawn attacker, we can't catch them, unless they spawn attack us. And because 90% of the time the server is full, we can't sit in spec and watch to do our jobs. Maybe you just don't play enough, but usually when admins are on, you'll hear a constant mic chat about who spawn attacked, if we say it happen, or we ask if anyone was. For some reason you can't see that because all of us just don't care... |

I'm gunna have to say, Yes, Pyro what you do was off the deep end for sure, but his actions were obviously provoked by the players : Wisdom Cube and the :'":;:_: dude... Personally I know wisdom cube to be an assclown and he needs to go fuck his hat and the :;';_;'" guy i dont know, but it looks to me like when he was muted he was pushing for more to happen, If you got muted from a different server and quit and re-joined to be unmuted and it happened again, and the admin says "You will stay muted until an admin unmutes you". i think that is enough for even a "Dumb shit 11 year old" Which i agree is a statment i can direct towards both of these players. Maybe an admin "Time-out" is in line....thats the F7L5 decision but I just wanted to put my two cents in, I think Pyro is a great guy, and player on the server. Goat. When it comes to coming in undercover: When used in moderation, I don't really have a problem with it. The only time I ever use an assumed name is when I am xfired by someone on the server and asked to come take care of someone. And even then it's just so I can watch them to witness whatever rule it is there breaking. Before I actually take any action I switch my name back. |

Pyro doesn't deserve to completely lose his admin for the time being, because of him losing control. I'd be more in the line for some type of lenient probation... |

I already told KD to take it away right after he posted the idea. Since apparently admins are not supposed to enforce the rules anymore, I guess me having it would be useless. | ||

Hi. I come in under different names all the time. It's fun. You should all try it. I like the idea of having the rules be set whether there's an admin there or not. That's how it should be. As for pyro... no, don't take away his admin. He got pissed off at WisdomCube. That sounds familiar somehow.... OH YEAH! Everyone gets pissed off at WisdomCube. He's a little bitch. Okay, so pyro shouldn't have abused admin. Out of however many months/years he has been an admin, how many threads have we seen? He blew the fuck up, once. Give the guy a break. There are a few admins on FTS that definitely should not have admin, and Pyro is not one of them. One fucking screw up. Everyone get your heads out of your asses. |

Ask any of the REGULARS about rule breaking and who punishes the most and you will hear at least 5 or 6 names of people who are on the look out for things. Alot of the time i am beat to slaying people by another admin, even when i had seen it with my own eyes. And i will agree, i tend to get a little overboard with the mic spamming when im on, but its a game and were trying to have fun and its fun as hell to hear 30 people discussing the difference between a shopping cart and infernus' moms pussy. Then when the music comes out its ok, as long as its in moderation. If someone plays the first 10 seconds of a song, its fine by me. If everyone wants to hear a specific song, go right ahead. It adds fun to the game. In the case of pyro here, he overreacted in game, as well as on the forums, and admins should not do that. therefore taking his admin is the right thing to do. |
