Hey guys, I've been in an RPG surf deathmatch server for the past 2 days, and I've found that RPG can be a LOT of fun -- I was thinking about having RPG be on surf -- but I'm asking for opinions. After we figure out if we'll have RPG on here, we'll decide whether we'll have deathmatch or not. One thing we can do to start it off is to have RPG only on fridays or something along those lines if you don't know how to play RPG or you want to remember, try it out here: 8.12.68.27:27015 Edited Sat Jul 21 2007, 03:57PM |

I have played RPG surf, death match surf and basic surf they are all great and fun death match surf can get a little out of hand or frustrating because your surfing and a guy will re-spawn and snipe you out or just knife you in the back. As for RPG  that’s fun I will have to agree with Nostie it can be very fun but when you get to a surf server with like 30 or more slots not as fun but 16 to 20 slots that would be a great number to have RPG. So if I had to say something in my opinion I like the idea of RPG on FTS but not right off the bat like he said something like Fridays or a set day of the week. -Kalibur |

RPG DM will make it very hard to enforce some of our rules, like no camping, and no spawn attacking. But i would not mind seeing RPG on the server on a certain day. |

Yes that was something I left out the rules I saw on other servers got broke a lot and there was some trouble with that issue, but most of the servers I played get not have a rule for spawn attacking or camping. i have found out in one of the 24/7 deathmatch that you cant inforce spawn camping it just happens. it is really pretty fair the spawn killers eventually die and then you go over to there spawn. in my opinion is is part of the game and me and firegod have got some hours played on one of those servers. i think it is a lot of fun and you guys should look into it. although surf on fishtank is very successful and i don't think you should mess it up. i think you should see how gungame goes because not many people played on it before the tournament started. if gungame doesn't work out then i think you should replace it with a 24/7 surf deathmatch RPG. | ||

I think that an RPG day would be interesting, but like others have said; having a 24/7 RPG server is not a good idea. Also, I don't agree with the proposal to make it DM. That's a fucking gay idea right there!! | ||
