Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.

Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.

Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

 Now this here is my area of expertise. My foot may be busted but once it's fixed I'll try to bug my friend for his video camera so I's can make j00's a movie.

For all of this stuff it is a good idea to find a gymnastics gym in your area where you can try shit out. If you get serious into tricking, free running, or martial arts a good gymnastics gym will help you tear shit up on concrete.

Backflips are so fuckin' simple a child could do them. To begin with you have to understand you own abilities and preferences as an athlete. Once you understand your limitations you can progress past them. I would recommend a back tuck to start off with. Until you are comfortable enough, try this on mats or into a pool.

1. Feet shoulder width apart with a stable base.
2. Jump straight up into the air, tuck your knees into your chest while throwing your arms up and your head back.
*Explosion is key or else you fizz out and die. Depending on how fast you want to rotate you can tuck less for a longer rotation or tuck more for a faster rotation.
3. By this time you are rotating around in a tucked position, use your eyes to spot the ground and release from your tuck judging the distance to the ground.

Here's a video tutorial. You learn a lot of shit by watching it and then failing at trying it yourself 100s of times.

You want to know how to do anymore shit just ask because although I'm mainly a free runner I can still do those flair kicks. I just don't practice them -.-
