Classes are gay, use youtube. I learned all of the basics outside in my backyard. It's only once I hit combos, spins, and doubles that I had to go to a gymnastics gym. Find out if the gym has an open gym night, it's pretty much a few hours you spend doing whatever the hell you feel like. Classes filled with all girls = no pants sexy time If you don't feel ready for it then do basic training, get yourself into shape first by doing cardio, speed, strength and agility drills for your lower body and core. I'm serious everybody should 3run, pk, trick, and ninja out.
