I was wondering if anyone would be able to make a tattoo design for me, I have the basics of what I want, I just need to get a version that fits what I'm looking for. Here is the image of what I want to have. Now, what I'm looking for more is a more Celtic style of the drawing. Also loose the ribbons around the side. Move the name "O'Neill" from the bottom up to the top behind the arm with the sword and take off one of the Ls (so it's "O'Neil") and make it black and what, no colors. If someone could do that for me, I'd be forever grateful. Also, you would rock. |

wouldn't that make it a completely different coat of arms, I think so , but Im not sure. I know because I have a map of all the Irish names and coat of arms. |

Czech, I'm not changing it up to "fit my likes". Fucking learn that there are probably over 100 different ways to have one's COA. I'm taking a combination of two here, because seriously, in a tattoo on my left shoulder, those ribbons would not look good. Also they wouldn't look good in black and white, it'd be just a bunch of lines. The changing to the one L is because when my family came to America, they made us drop the second L. Now you want heritage, my father and my mother sides are both named O'Neil, except my mom's side has both Ls. My parents are divorced, and I grew up with my dad, hence the one L in my spelling, also, I'm doing this to honor my grandfather as well, who was also one L. Now if you have a problem with me asking for the outline of the shield to be Celtic, then obviously you're not Irish. Why would I want to disgrace my Irish name with an American style drawing? And moving the name up, just makes it more practical for a tattoo as well. You think having both sets of writing under my tat, going to my bi/triceps area is what I'd want? No. Czech, don't ever fucking criticize me for taking something in a memorial and changing it to fit the area it's going to be on. If you have nothing productive to add to this thread, then get the fuck out honestly. |

i will say one thing... that tattoo will have to be pretty damn big. If its all in black and white like i like it, (grayscale) then in order for the detail to show u need to make it big, so plan on having a lot of room. Plus, sometimes when your skin heals up, it might look like a big blob of ink on you, so make sure you make it BIG! | ||
