A couple months ago, I posted a thread about what to look for when getting subwoofers installed to your car. Since then I've sorta becoma a self taught expert on the subject, and saved up enough money for a decent grade system from my summer job. On top of that, I found out my Dad was buddies with someone who used to work at a high end car audio store. Becuase of this, I got some awesome deals on components that would have normally broke the bank (I got a $200 woofer box for $50, $250 off the amp, and next to nothing installation costs). So here's what I ended up going with for my system: Alpine CDA9856 stereo 650 watt Alpine amp 2 JL w1v2 sub woofers 1 sub woofer box with two openings 2 gauge wire with an 80 amp fuse to tie it all together so tell me what you think:    Edited Sat Sep 09 2006, 10:38PM |

That's my supercar... fera.. ri... ok it's a 2000 Honda Accord, but I've kept it in near new condition and it has 90,000 miles on it. And I'm proud to say it's a manual transmisson, the only way I'd drive an automatic is if I moved to the city and there was traffic wherever I had to go every day, standards are way more fun to drive. |

If I had a Ferrari, I would never put a system or anything else to weigh it down, Because every pound counts when you're dealing with a driving machine like that (cause you know I would be racing with that thing) Lol, I wish it was a Ferrari, but sadly it's a Hold On Not Done Accelerating
