Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

well u doing personal training is something i can see u enjoying. just thought id throw that out there also im looking for financial security as well, which is why i asked a nice fast growing field. if i must stay with biomed, i suppose i will and jus work my ass off which is most likely my best chance at being financially sound. i was just hoping that i had other options but if i don't, then i dont. |

None of your options revolve around not working hard. If you want to be good at anything you're going to have to work hard. That's non-negotiable. That's why you might as well do something you enjoy, because if you work hard at it you WILL be successful regardless of what it is. Might as well do something you enjoy. I personally love consulting and sales. Being an engineer I have a natural affinity for solving problems. But mechanical or spatial problems were boring, people problems on the other hand, tons of fun, specially when you sell something that solves these peoples problems. Cha ching. |

Why not just work full time, live with your parents, then at the end of the year invest it all in a company. Cleanse and repeat. You'll strike rich eventually. lol |

Kill Time: Prostitution works for ppl who fail at life.. Clean a cock everyday and you will eventually get into the porn industry? Madvillain: I've been doing that for the past 5 years... Kill Time: Just go kill yourself then. |

Anyways,
Computers is always going to be a growing field, and if you play CSS you probably like/are interested in computers. I'd definitely recommend at least taking one course in something computer related, no matter what it is. You'll probably end up enjoying it.
Don't go into IT. Your whole job can be done by a well-worded |

Omega wrote ... heh, at least you arnt me, I have no inkling as to what I want to do. I'm not enrolled currently and have just been working full time. I never really tried throughout school, but I could have managed 4.0's throughout if I applied myself, which I didnt. I probably spent mabye....10 hours studying, in all of highschool. Right now I have four different positions at the same business lol I'm great at English and writing, and have been told I should become a writer, but it doesnt really interest me. Being able to write never seemed special to me, just comes naturally. I'm definently intelligent, and can understand what ever I apply myself towards. Never been a huge fan of math, but I'm sure if I actually wanted to do it I would be good at it. I also dont really care what I do for a career, I see work as just that, work. Everyone says it, but not many people "love" their job. Why? Because its work. Not play. I just want a job that gives me enough finacial security to live how I want. I'll probably stick with a business degree and see where it takes me. If not I may go into personal training, and start my own training business. The whole point of all this, you dont have to be deadset in what ever it is you are going to do. Some of the most successful people out there didnt stick with the usual, 4 year college, on to their career, boom millionaire. /rant while eating lunch Wow, you and I are a lot alike omega. I took an IQ test recently, and found out that I am actually very intelligent. I don't consider myself to be, but apparently I am. I tested highest in the Read/writing skills and speaking skill areas. As for a career, I think I'm going to study a foreign language and become a teacher. |

I know I'm a couple years behind you (Grade 11) but in all honesty, as I am getting closer to graduating I think more and more about what I want to do after I grad. And every time, I come up with some traveling before school. Then I get to thinking about what type of schooling and I am at a complete loss. There are so many things I am interested in, Its unbearable to think I have to pick one. Even tho some of them I know hardly anything about.(I know thats stupid, but its true.)Like, I just read in I think Toasters comment, Network Security, that is like, building firwalls and anti-virus programs and such, im assuming. And sounds awesome, It's like everyday I learn about a new interesting job. And it sucks but I think you just have to sit down and look at what your good at, enjoy and what will last and keep your head in the game. Like everyone else said. | ||
