Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

Ok, so ive got this retarded class called career info, where we have to write a research paper over what we want to be when we grow up, and i made the stupid decision of picking musician, before i was aware we had to interview one for the paper. so im stuck with this shit now, and the teacher wont let me change. sooooo heres the deal, i post the questions here, you guys answer them as accurately as you think a real musician would. the winnar gets there answers put on my project, and gets lemur a passing grade! also, im willing to be alot of you are just gonna give bull shit answers, so epic lulz should ensue as well. if any of you are actual musicians though, please answer honestly, so i can not fail. 1. Name of the person 2.What does this person do in their career[title] 3.How much schooling did this person need to hold this position?Where did they go to school? What did they major in? How were they trained? 4.How did this person get interested in this career? 5.What does this person like/dislike about their job? 6. What,if anything, would this person do differently? 7.What did this person find difficult in high school? What did this person enjoy in high school? How did what this person learn in high school help them in their career? |

Ahahaha fucking fun! 1. Heywood Jablowme 2. Lead Bass Player for The Christ Punchers 3. School? Fuck yo, Heywood dropped OUT of school to join the band man. Now we play every Wed Fri and Saturdays at Pete's Bar & Grill 4. I liked playing the guitar man, Sammy Van Halen was a wild mother fucker. He could lay down some chord like no body man. 5. Like, free boozes and plenty of groupies to go around. Dislike, every now and then our manager will steal our stash of blow. Man that sucks! We should fire that asshole. 6. Uhh I've been thinking of trying different costumes you know, like a giant baby jesus costume? Or maybe some evil zombie gorilla I think would be badass. 7. School sucked man. I found not being able to play the guitar difficult. I did learn though in school, that if you want to do something you just gotta fucking do it. So I did it! Look at me now! |

1. Sofanda Cox 2. Drummer for "Jesus was a Pornstar." 3. I didnt go to school. Sitting in class made me tired and bored. You cant be a good drummer by sitting in a desk. Only on a drum throne can you be the best. And i taught myself how to be a drummer. Trial and error. 4. I got interested in this career by watching Neil Peart from the band Rush. He is the best drummer ever. And hes super cute. So i went to meet him one day. When i had a 7 person orgy with him and his band/crew, they said i had great hands and i should try out drumming. So i sold my body for a few weeks and bought a 7 piece Tama drum set. 5. I dont like the costume i have to wear on stage. It consists of minimum cloth around my groin. And its see through. Plus, im the only girl in my band. Its not easy playing with 4 guys at the same time, if you know what i mean. 6. I wish i would have taken this job sooner. I mean, being 18 and being the head groupie of some major bands was cool, but i wish i started at 15. 7. I dropped out of high school too. I thought it was stupid.. Who cares about biology and chemistry... when am i going to use that in life? I learned in high school, that if you dont like what your doing, stop doing it. Edited Wed Apr 02 2008, 08:35PM |

Dude musicians don't go to fucking school. That's why they're musicians and not fucking scientists or fucking business majors. Just make some shit up. |

Alright L3mur, just for you... 1. Ryan Johnson 2. Clarinetist with the (Your city here) Symphony 3. Essentially needed a master's degree in music. Majored in music at NYU undergraduate, then attended Manhattan School of Music for MA. 4. Played piano at first (age , but picked up the clarinet later (y years) and really enjoyed it. Also, you can't take a piano with you. 5. Very time consuming, have to practice with the orchestra and spend a significant amount of time practicing alone. Can't risk playing basketball since fingers are my livelihood. 6. Start playing the clarinet a little earlier -- the earlier you get used to your instrument the easier things are later on. 7. I found math very difficult, numbers and I just don't get along. Found the time to take a few music classes and loved those, obviously, but history was also a big draw for me. High school was pretty important, while not the most selective school, NYU don't take pushovers. Getting into the Manhattan School of Music's clarinet program was extremely difficult, there were only three slots available my year. Submissions were done by submitting tape samples, I went nuts trying to put together a tape I liked. 8... 9. Profit?!?!?! |

1. Steve Lang 2. Musician 3. I have a high school education, but have been playing the guitar since i was 12. 4. I've always had a very deep interest in music and decided in high school that I was going to dedicate my life to it. 5. I love everything about my job. I play music and get payed to do it what more can i really ask for. 6. Nothing. 7. I always had a really hard time with math in high school. I loved just being around my friends and hanging out. Devotion is key. |

ROFL. These were pretty damn funny. It would be easy to do this. Kelley Clarkson High School American Idol FTW & Sucking Dick. "I like big cocks in and around my mouth, the cum makes my voice nice and salty" - Kelley I am a decent singer with no song writing ability the relies on stupid Americans to boost me to super stardom and when that fails Ill fall back on proactive acne medicine |
