Well so, it turns out that I can get a computer, I just have to raise my grades. Anywho I have set up so far a decent computer, at least I think I have. I'll post the think of what I am getting below, and please comment apon them, tell me what I should take out and put in plox. I thought the case comes with fanz, but whatevar. and the cpu is teh Intel one. I have a question, if I get to of the graphic cards im going to get, what is the bonus of dual graphic card(ing?), and it if it turns out good, how would I do so. Edited Sun Mar 02 2008, 09:48AM |

Case, drives, mobo, processor, ram, and psu all look good.. You could save a few bucks grabbing a lower spec'd cpu and spending decent money on some aircooling and overclock it. the case will need fans, so grab a few, depending on what open bays your case ships with. The graphics card would probably be better suited with a new 9600 gt from nvidia.. i think BFG is making them now.. a bit cheaper, is dx 10.1 compliable, and well, is fresh out. the sound card? it's fuckin spot on, but I'd advise against it if you plan on running vista for DX10.. FAR too many driver problems and crashes for good performance.. check into the av-710 on newegg.. great perf, and good vista compat.. also, if you're going to drop good money on a gaming LCD, go ahead and get a 22 incher, with a 2ms response time. 1680x1050 is a dream, and you won't regret it with a good strong rig like you're building. good luck.

Lol, im not getting vista man. Untill SP2 comes out, im staying away from it. And, it seems the case comes with the 200mm and 2 120mm fans I think. or I hope so. Edited Sun Mar 02 2008, 07:36PM |

it may come with fans..but idk if i'd trust them..ya never really know how good they are gonna be... but other than that..i'd say you got a great build coming along | ||
