I have uber elite server operator skeelz to offer. I have a passive-aggressive, borderline Aspergers personality to offer. Why are we not finding someone who is not horrible at rallying the troops to bring FT back to it's prior glory?!
Seriously--I'm not good at... people? Yeah, I think that covers it.
I can cover technical details. Someone else needs to get his or her shit together and lead this sorry pack of FT'ers to a better place!
Please, I beg of you! Someone make this happen or I will be resigned to a bitter life of single-player RPGs for eternity.

I currently have a laptop that struggles to word process, let alone be able to handle CSS/CS:GO. I'll be watching from the sideline until I get the cash to build my editing system, which will also be able to play CS and D3...
Keep my spot warm though for my return! And if anyone needs any advice/help, let me know. I'll do my best to help out with what I got.

honestly i think i have an idea on how to get people to play on the FT server as long as we have one....
there's this group on steam that constantly invites me to play on surf servers, good old office map and sometimes even a scrim. Its called HELLSGAMERS

I know a couple of the people frequently play CSS so i can just send out an invite to the people in the group and im sure they'll flood it especially if we get some surf maps going.
other than that I can ask if some people from Suca wanna play on the server.

but I can help donate for servers, as well as some elbow grease if you guys need some help with anything. jus tell me what to do

Personally i suggest we wait till we get word of a potential CS:GO release date (approximate) to know the time frame to plan around. Mainly because i dont want all of us putting in the effort to rally the troops for CS:GO... only to find out the game doesnt come out for another 4-6 weeks.... The momentum would prolly die.

We have been through this a good few times, when we do get a Css server going, a few oldies come but that only lasts for a good week or so :/ I think trying to bring the old mystery gang back together on Css is futile, sadly. I would propose waiting for Csgo, since I would imagine a lot of people will come back for that. If Csgo fails to bring the gang back then I believe it is hopeless

The money thing is not a problem. I could keep it going myself with my roommate and a few old fish tankers would donate too. They always do.
Like i said, if we do this, we gonna do it right. I wanna know an approximate release date. Then i can order the server and get it going. Then start advertising. Advertising wont work effectively until the release date is declared because many people arent playing CSS. Whent eh release is declared, many people are gonna be coming back around to check things out... that is the time we start spreading out server info.
I know everyone is eager... but a lil more patience is all that we need.
