heres the story: He started spamming mic with his annoying chicken shit song, then i asked him to be quiet, but he didn't, so I muted him, he unmuted, I muted again, that went one for a min or so, then I kicked him. He got back and banned me for about 1-2 hours i guess, I came back and banned him for 6 =D.

There is a rule, about this. Narf made a whole thread about it a while ago. We can't use admin powers on members/ other admins. If they are doign something wrong you should report them on the forums.

That's by the book.

If it was me, Kevin/Melis who ever started would be perm banned, faster then you can say "anal".

I unmute myself and czech, then she mutes me and czech x10 and i unmute x10 then she kicks me then i ban her for 5 minutes she bans me for 6 hours but...im still banned

the gimping was your tk punishment from an hour before. i had done it i guess you never realised it. well he sand his chicken pot pie song ONCE. then melis muted him. so after about 3 minutes he unmuted himself (thinking that 3 minutes was long enough, and i agree), and melis muted him again. so he unmuted himself, and she remuted him. then czech pride told melis to cool down and cut it out, and she muted him as well. then kevin unmuted himself, and i unmuted czech, because he shouldnt have been muted, and then melis muted kevin, so kevin, sick of melis' shit, kicked her, and she came back and remuted him (because he unmuted himself), and so kevin got even madder and banned her for 5 minutes.

To me, this is a fair punishment, because melis got all worked up over a little thing and went way too far. So later on after the ban melis comes in and bans kevin for 6 hours. And i think that was uncalled for. Melis has been known to abuse the admin, and kevin, well, is just weird, and singing his songs are a constant with him.

If there is anyone here who should lose admin, it should be melis, not kevin.

And ask czech pride or madlordpie and theyll say the same thing.

kevin...if you didn't act so immature in the server and sing songs when you KNOW it annoys people, this wouldn't have happened...i can't say how many times i have left surf server because someone is mic spamming and i can't do anything about it....it gets real fucking annoying hearing the same constant voice talking about nothing relavent or singing gay songs that only enterain little 5 year old kids..
it flat out makes people leave, i went into the server the other day on machine 2 and of course..people IN THE CLAN were mic spamming and we had an admin mute war going on, and eventually the server went from about 15 people to 6....this clan has a big problem with this kinda shit, something should be done about it

Alright, to settle this once and for all, I don't know the story, I don't know who is telling the truth here, and for a medium factor, i wont take any of this into consideration. but here is something all admins should know (since this involves the newer age of admins)

NEVER EVER KICK OR BAN AN OTHER ADMIN, EVER!
if there is a problem, than post it here, and settle it out of game, two admins fighting is horrible for the server. You think people want to see greenchat wars and (admin) blah blah blah this to blah?
Sure muting an admin is fine, but if you are going to argue in game, don't use green chat, use admin only chat. god damn.

And for real, if someone is mic spamming, especially an admin, tell them to stop in admin only chat.


an other thing, learn how to use the ban right, obviously you two don't know how.

don't use console ma_ban, god, use ingame @ban, it is easier.

kevin..i shouldn't have to mute any member of the clan...esspecially a fucking admin of the server, but i guess i will have to start now, since you can't control your fucking self and stop singing stupid shit like "chicken pot pie" which i know you've done in the past to specifically annoy people. im pretty sure im not the only person who doesn't like to hear people sing and spam in the server..wanna know how i knwo that????its cause i've several times by serveral differnt admins mute you and you just unmute yourself and continue your bullshit. so maybe i should just mute you from now on....oh oh a better idea, how about everyone that doesn't wanna deal with you and your spamming JUST LEAVE THE SERVER!!! yeah thats a great idea, anyone who doesn't feel like having someone constantly blasting away at the mic should just leave so you can still do what you wanna do! thats a great way to attract people to the server
