Surf Members: View or Die

So...
Should we be able to vote on new members?
Should we be able to vote out old, inactive members?
Should we be able to vote on anything?
Am i missing something?

I say Yes to all the above questions. When we do it on the server, then their is not as much controversey in the face that people right then that are in F7 vote, we have no one messaging out other member to vote on them or not. We should do alot of our voting in the meeting unless we figure out that people are not going to be able to vote there. For those people, i think that they should be contacted by PM or Xfire and asked to respond right then.

yes to all of them. but does this mean we wont post nominations/terminations for f7 on forums anymore? or can we still forum post them?

You can still use xfire while your ingame, so people can still message other members and try to make them vote yes or no.
So, what if someone is, say , away from their comp for 2 days. Do they not get to vote?
I think that the person proposing a certian ammendment or a new member should make a thread first, then vote on it in the meeting.
so, yes to all, but make a forum thread about the proposals first.

we just got an open/close proposal forum...not everyone is gonna beable to make meetings at a set time...btw sorry i wasn't there...got home sunday and passed out
i will go with the voting people out of the clan...i don't think we need everyone saying someones not around to know that they haven't been

I think that members should be able to vote on keeping/losing admin, possibly.
also: what is wrong with voting in threads instead of everyone being online at the same time?
