I think it's funny that people only complain about bad refs when "their" team loses. I have never heard anyone utter words like "Wow, my team should have lost, the refs were favoring us too much. We should have a do over or let the other team take the win. We deserved to lose." No one ever makes that argument because no one cares about bad refs unless it negatively affects "their" team. Now lets look at some nice records aswell Most Consecutive Games Won 18 New England, 2003-04 so, you are telling me in 2003, the patriots didn't deserve to win? You know, out of those 18 games, only 6 were in the 2004 season, and the 03 season they won their last 12 games. (including 3, playoof, afc, superbowl). but hey, what do I know? |

I said "AFC" Record. Rofl. I did not say NFL record. Focus, maybe you were tossed on the beer a little bit when you read. All of those teams that won it previously are NFC teams. Sure, they won that many straight games, but did you care to click on the link that I showed you reasoning why they had won? As Bubble mentioned, sports nowadays are rigged. Those jerseys you wasted countless dollars on go towards your government's high hopes of capitalism. I'm better off playing Toaster's Wild Uno then watching the Superbowl. Didn't it only make sense last year that the Steelers would have to win because Bettis was returning to his home town on his final season as a Steeler? Would make sense to me, considering Ben's touchdown was not a touchdown. Matt Hasselbeck's 'chop block' was not a block at all, it was a tackle. How do you block a guy running with the ball? It's beyond my comprehension. Last year's superbowl really brought out my intentions of watching NFL football no more. The games are fun to watch sometimes and some plays are fascinating, but it's all rigged. The past 5 years, the Super Bowls have given away pretty much everything that made the game fun to watch. The only reason I'll be watching this year is for another "Magic Fridge" commercial to come on so I can piss myself in laughter. |

night that is the best commercial ever. gets me every time. goose, the best david vs goliath would have been pats saints. the cinderella team vs the dynasty. i would have liked that game, and believe it or not i would have rooted for new orleans. and actually, in 1972, the dolphins went 17-0 and won the super bowl. back then there were only 14 games in the regular season tho |
