Even number wins. 4 should be good. I am willing to be one of those. I think I expressed it in my first post in this thread. But sure, if we want to nominate someone, these are the guidelines we should be looking for in them: 1. Someone who is going to dedicate time to both playing in the server, training admins, and doing the best to bring new people into the server. 2. Someone who is not going to let their emotions affect their decisions. 3. Someone who is willing to nominate a good admin team. While this is going on, it would be a good idea for people who are still active on CSS (such as myself) to start recruiting a new player base. In the roll call thread, it is evident that we have a decent amount of people already, but it's my own personal goal to get over 75-100 people ready to play some office. Although it might be a little evident that we are ready to launch a new office off, I still think that now is not the time to get our panties in a twist. I don't want to jump to a conclusion, but Alex might not be done with his script so to give him some time to work his magic would be good. It sounds like I'm pinning that responsibility on him, but he is the one that brought up the revitalization process in the first place, and it's up to all of us to finish it. Please, I cannot express this anymore, do your best to find a new player base in our office. We prided ourselves as having one of the best office servers around before, so I want it to go back to the way things were. Counter Strike IS a dying game, but there are many office servers that are successfully running, but have so many major drawbacks that players are forced to play in their shitty servers because they have nowhere else good to go to. I want FTC to be that place, so let's get this shit going! |

Oh, I misunderstood you at first NoSkill. I'll work on that when power/internet/cable are restored to my house and I can contact my CSS buddies. I'd also like to express my interest to be on this team of "Juntas". I think I've shown my dedication to FTC over my history here. |

I would not allocate a number of positions but rather define the duties the ppl need to do and then assign the tasks/duties to positions. then you know how many you will need to successfully rejuvenate FTC | ||

Thanks to the people who have shown an interest in discussing "leadership" roles as well as those wondering how they may help (but not exactly sure how!) I'm going to put up a "RFP" post in this forum. Hopefully we can make some progress there since this thread is off the front page. | ||
