I have noticed a "performance warning" in my console that repeats itself every few seconds whenever an admin is logged on. I know a few other non-admins have noticed it as well. There has also been a very large increase in the number of "wtf its like my shots arent counting" complaints, this however may be entirely unrelated, but the performance warning error message causes me concern. I saw something i've never seen before on FTC, which was the entire population of the server getting 200+ pings for about a minute. The number of 150+ pings has, on average, gone up in recent days as well. Could be the skins, might not be, I dunno, but its probably worth checking out |

It sounds like nothing more than an annoyance in the console: -[link]- It appears some skins cause the error and others may not. I'll dig around tonight and see if maybe some different skins don't cause the error. I'd say the number of people complaining about shot registration as well as slightly-above-normal ping is circumstantial. The 200+ pings for everyone have been known to happen. When I played on Tuesday night it went on for about 90 seconds and I didn't see anything out of the ordinary after that (I played for four hours). |
