actually this is where you are wrong zero. Glasd didn't know because he didn't care enough to notice. Those 3 people i mentioned leaving an complaining about glasd's team attacking were VERY open about it. 2 of them also occurred before glasd was banned. | ||

Personally I feel all of this falls under admin discretion. Do you go through the entire process if the person is blatantly just being a douche? Not always. If someone comes in named "FTSUCKS<3HITLER!ZOMG" and runs around tking and aimbotting, do I warn, kick, slay, ect. ect.? No. You do that you get permed, you can come complain here if you wish. Our admins should not have a problem enforcing the rules, I dont really see what the issue is. There is already a rule about admin choices, I dont see how any of this is different. Admins, you were giving admin responsibilities because we felt like you were mature enough to be able to handle yourself and deal with situations. There is already a huge volume written about the rules, do what you must to enforce them, within reason. |

^official word^ overall, making personal 'policies,' as single admins, is going is irrational. If all admins did that then we would have 542 sets of rules, procedures, and expectations. So you can choose how to handle the situations as they happen. While following the SERVER'S RULES and EXPECTATIONS...That is y u have admin, as omega said. Be wise in your choices and remember the server needs are what you are upholding. |
