So here's my little tale. So this weekend I decided to go to my friends apartment in Allston (part of Beantown) So I get on the commuter rail etc etc and meet him and Government Center anyways were on the T heading into Allston and we get to a stop, the doors dont open. So for like 5 mins my and friend and I are telling these absolute fucking retarded people to pull the lever above the door to open it manually, they just look at us then the lever like 5 times so were screaming "THE LEVER THE RED LEVER PULL THE FUCKING LEVER!. Finally my buddy jumps over the seats and pulls the lever. Nothing. So then for like 10 mins were yelling to the front of the trolly for this asshat to open the back door FINALLY he does. So proceeding on were sittin on the trolly and this guy starts making these announcments for someone to answer the phone, swear to god he was drunk. We finally get to the apartment do a bunch of drugs pass out etc etc etc. So today I decided to head back a little early so I can go job hunting. I get on the trolly back, sit in a fucking puddle on the seat. Finally I get to North Station to board the commuter rail. Online schedule was wrong and the next train on the Newburyport/Rockport line isnt untill 10:15, this was at like 6. So being the unlucky person I am I had used the last of the money on my charlie card to take the trolly. Good thing I had a commuter rail ticket I could trade in! WRONG! I go up to the ticket dude in North Station and am like "hey I need to trade in my commuter rail ticket" "UGH! Do you have an ID?" "sure 1 sec" as im pulling the ID out, "Do you even have a ticket?!" "uh yeah..." so I produce my ID and ticket only for this fucking dickhead to tell me "I cant take that kind of fuckin ticket" apparently because I bought it at a convenience store. So at this point im pretty pissed and start laying into this asshole about how hes in such a bad mood cause hes in his 50's working as a fucking ticket clerk in North fucking Station. Secruity comes up and asks me to leave. So I mosey on down to the Government Center subway station and pretend like I swiped my card across the thing right after someone else went so the doors are still open (Boston has this whole new thing to stop turnstile hoppers, they just made it easier) So I catch my train and transfer to the blue line. Home free or so I thought. I take the blue line to about 4 stops away from where I needed to be (Wonderland Station) and they make some quiet ass announcement NOBODY can fucking hear. The doors stay open for like 10 mins and were all like WTF? Finally I decide to stick my head out the door and am like "HEY WHATS THE HOLD UP" "oh uh they can only use one outbound track so we have to wait for another train to switch tracks" So about a half hour later we FINALLY start moving and I get to wonderland and catch a bus home. Long story short the MBTA fucking sucks a fat nut and if I didnt rely on the assholes so much I'd totally boycott them. | ||

lol quite the story. want to hear one bout mass fire fighters? so me and my dad are walking through boston by quincy market to take up time before a sox game. as we're walking we see 2 firetrucks with their lights flashing. so we walk closer to see whats going on. we see no buildings that look to be on fire, no ambulances, no police cars. wtf is up? we walk up to see that one of those things that has the newspapers in it was on fire. 2 firetrucks and 8 firemen for a fire in a box 2 feet by 2 feet in size.  i lol'ed hard |
