| NoSkill Picks Up Girl, Then Fails | ||

Alright so I'm at the bar for my buddies birthday, I open a tab and am buyng drinks for all my friends, you know cause I'm a great friend. And our waitress is pretty cute, like 5'4" blonde hair, blue eyes and just overall cute. Of course, being the only single friend all my buddies are like "RAR RAR RAR Get her number pussy! Faggot! Bitch! Rar rar rar!" lol all night long... not like I need encouragement but they know me and they know I'll do it anyway so they get all the cheap shots in that they can. So it comes time to settle up the tab. I pull the girl aside, she gives me the receipt, I take it, look at her, smile, then rip a portion of the receipt into two pieces. On one piece I write my number, then I fill out the receipt, I hold my number and the signed slip in my left hand and hand her the blank piece of paper and the pen with my right. I smile and say "Let's exchange numbers". She looks at me, smiles and immediately, without hesitation takes the pen and paper and writes down her number. I take it, give her mine, wish her goodnight and walk away. As I'm walking away... I'm holding the paper in my hand... and then I failed the hardest I've failed in a long time... I take the paper and subconsciously crumple it up and throw it on the floor and walk right out of the bar! It's like it wasn't even important to me! But I totally regretted it and now, as I sit here and type this I can't even explain to you what force of nature was acting on me that made me do that. Literally I can't even explain it. So hopefully she calls me... lol. What you can take away from this, the tear the paper in two number trick is a great way to get a girls number. What you want to do is eliminate the "Yes/No" question. If you give them the option of saying No... then they will excercise that option... at least half the time. If you take the option away altogether, and offer them something in return (your own number) then it feels like a more natural, even trade. Also when someone hands you a blank piece of paper and a pen... it's second nature what to do with it. Even the great NoSkill fucks up occassionally. =) Thanks for reading. |
