Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

I'm going to try this out. Has anyone used this method of working out before and if so how were your results? I'm hearing it's a very successful way to get pretty cut/ripped in 3 months. |

The biggest thing to do is really follow the nutrition guide to a T and you'll be fine, you don't even have to do their workouts. But their ab ripper is good, I use some of those for me when I'm working out, but I wouldn't waste money or space on my computer for those videos. But I do know people who use and and live by it, and I'm sure it works enough, as long as you commit, just like you could at a gym. |

It really depends on your own previous level of activity and fitness but from what I've read about the set up of the work outs it is purely made for results. The whole concept is based around burning calories and keeping your muscles surprised which stops the plateau effect. If you really want to get all you can get from that system you might want to include a more sophisicated diet and cardio plan. From previous experience, ramping into a cardio supplement alongside a cut based work-out regimen amplifies the results if and only if you have a good diet and rest plan. I can't really suggest any sort of diet plan to go along with the workout but it says it includes meal plans. Those will only really work for you if you know how your metabolism works. I could suggest a cardio supplement to enhance the effect of that workout but that would depend on your commitment level and timeframe for each day's session. |

It doesn't work. It's a gimick. It works as well as any other fitness/nutrition program. You can buy a book on nutrition for $15 bucks and do situps, pushups, pullups, running and swimming and be just as in shape as a Navy Seal. I had two buddies try it, they ended up just reverting back to the "go to the gym whenever they feel like it" regiment. |

I'm not paying for the program, my friend's dad is. I'm not gonna argue with him. The point is to go even when your mind tells you you can't go. It's all about determination. I just want to stop having the fucking lack of energy or strength for the next two days when I'm done lifting the previous day. | ||
