Did your car smell like weed? Because you could have just said that you lived in your car thus making it private property. The police need a search warrant to search private property. (This is in Canada but i'm sure it is the same) -Law student. |

In America, unless probable cause (like a bong in your passenger seat) they need a warrant if you refuse to let them search your car. Why the fuck would you have to say you lived in your car, lol. |
