Damn dude. I dont smoke, but i drink and i love energy drinks. Bad anxiety also runs in my family. Twice i had some pretty bad panic attacks... i started pacing... started sweating uncontrollably, my legs felt weak, my head felt light like i was high... It was a bad feeling. I started breathing really really heavy, panting and weezing. I fell to my knees and thought i was going to pass out... it felt like my heart was gonna explode. It was all over my g/f. Sometimes i get thoughts into my head, then those thoughts trigger other ones, and those trigger other ones... and my mind starts to race to every worst case scenario about everything in my life. My mind is my worse enemy... My g/f called me back, and i felt better within 30 seconds. This has only happened this bad twice. I get minor anxiety attacks every day. Some worse then others. The usual fast heart beat, sweating and feeling of helplessness. Mines was nothing like yours, and your attack was an effect from physical shit. You started feeling weird and prolly got nervous, which your GAD then kicked in and it was all downhill from there. Start treating your body with a bit of respec. Yes your young, and your body should be able to handle all that shit, but the truth is, it cannot. Stop smoking, and only seldom take energy drinks when needed...but in moderation. Just take it easy. |
