Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

I'm hosting Horrorfest '09 this month, and I don't know which movies I wanna watch. Definitely doing: -28 Days Later / 28 Weeks -Evil Dead Trilogy -Night of the Living Dead (Already watched this) -Dawn of the Dead (Probably Original, I hate the remake) Definitely NOT doing: -Halloween series -The Ring, The Grudge, or any other PG-13 crapfest like that. -Any *shitty* Stephen King movies (Aka Pet Semetary) -Probably not doing Dead-Alive (Aka Braindead) I need some suggestions on some movies though. Think outside the box, but keep in mind I'm thinking about staying away from Zombie B-Movies. Rusty, you're hella good with old horror flicks, right? Edited Wed Oct 21 2009, 07:17PM |

Nightmare on Elm Street. The first two Friday the 13ths. If you can get a download of Paranormal Activity, I'd suggest it. Also, I haven't seen it, but heard good things from horror junkies about Blair Witch Project 2. Oh, Child's Play (Fist chucky movie, think that's the name, and do number 2). The Shining, The Orphanage, [REC], have to do Dead Alive, or at least try to watch it, Residental Evil - only the first one, maybe two, The Host, The Omen, The Haunting/Amityville Horror (the true ones are always the scariest), and maybe The Exorcist for some fun. I'm not really into horror or scary movies, but these ones always got me going here and there. It's sad that you think The Ring was crap because I thought that was one of my scariest ones. |

Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds. John Carpenter's The Thing. For some more si-fi horror: Alien (the first one) As zero said: The Shining For the hell of it : Texas chainsaw massacre For a bit of history the War of the worlds was pretty scary when it was first broadcasted on radio. People actually thought it was happening. for some reason The Triangle was kind of uncanny for me, so was silent hill. More scaryish movies are: Seven, Psycho, Jacob's Ladder. The first Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Friday the 13th. You're not even going to watch the first Halloween? It's a classic! |

Oh dear God how did I forget about the Omen? Seriously Gregory Peck might be one of the best actors of all time. Resident Evil is out though. |
