| Probably faced with the hardest decision in my life thus far | ||

Here i'll give you my story: I started to work for my dentist in junior year high school, for 2 summers, as a dental assistant (working right next to him passing instruments and mixing shit). And i decided i could do this job everyday. So once i came into college i was told majoring in biology is what i have to do. I went into a community college, got my Associates in Science (which is probably nothing) in 2 years and transfered to ramapo college. I'm majoring in biology and i'm going to graduate next fall, i think. Then i will apply to UMD NJ, U PENN, NYU dental schools and hope to pass the MCAT or ssome big test. Hopefully i'll finish with everything nicely, and work for a company as a general dentist And then i will ask noskill for some dental supplies. But on the side, i'm gambling with modeling and acting. I'm going to agents who have contacts with casting directors, and i'm paying like $600 for them to take a picture of me and make comp cards (it's a card with pictures of me with different outfits, plus information). They send the comp cards to whoever is looking for a person of my character and/or looks. Agents i went to: Universal Talent, I payed them $600 and they started to give me background/extra jobs for movies/ series around NYC. Luckily i made that money back and plus it's a one time charge. That's all they do. InterFace network, - they are suppose to give modeling and movie jobs. I've recently started with them and i also payed them $600 for them to get me out there in this industry. I like using credit cards and not paying back at all. It's not like i'm gonna go to jail or something, riiight? Hopefully i'll get a job as a dentist or as a model or actor, And all due to credit cards and loans, i'll pay them off eventually. MadV you should have worked in a position that's around marketing or accounting for like some months and then you should decide. |

noskill sometimes your words are just too wise for comprehension.... I SHOULD REALLY BE AN ACCOUNTANT. in terms of numbers, i have a legit talent for it, and i know i can be a dam good accountant and make decent money doing something with that. but man the dickfaces in the industry are fucking dickfaces, tightassed squat faggots i cant stand! so i really wanted to get into somethin else, ANYTHING else. but noskill your truth is the truth i have been running away from. taking a few accountant classes, its crazy but you learn shit that will actually benefit you. marketing techniques are overall opinionated, and the best marketing/sales people have talents that cannot be taught however, the idea of being an accountant still sucks ass i have about, say, another month to make this decision so yea, i dunno im just gonna re-evaluate some shit. |
