Well as many of you know, today was black Friday (otherwise known as "I don't know about the internet day"), and all the the cockroaches crawled out from under their rocks to wait in line for hours for product that are so shitty, we can't even sell them year round. Around 5:00pm or so, people were already bringing back their shit for refunds. One nut case in particular decided to challenge me. First off, for whatever reason, she ignored the open customer service desk, and decided to wait about 20 mins or so in line for Geek Squad. Right away I knew I had a winner when she started to whine about me telling her that she had been waiting in the wrong line, and had to go over to customer service (which now had a long line). I figured since I had to test her cheap ass netbook anyway, I would get that out of the way and shut her up. Her description of the problem was "her picture looked all funny." Well when I turned on the computer, it was instantly apparent that the screen was unmistakably shattered from being poked (we don't return any physically damaged units). What's more is it was shattered by the bezel, where I could see a careless hand had picked it up by, and the box itself was in mint condition (not at all possible it could have been dropped on something that could poke the screen). I was in no mood to argue with this bitch since I had been at work from 4:00am that morning on 3 hours of sleep; so I called my manager over and got the OK for an even exchange (apparently he wasn't up to arguing either). When I was out back discussing the issue, a technician also pointed out that she had already taken the time to set up her windows account and password (something someone would never take the time to do if a whole quarter of their screen was displaying in plaid). Whatever. I would let this one go, I was too tired to care anymore. After waiting in line at customer service, she spotted me, and had the hairy balls to approach me and ask if she would get another copy of antivirus for her new computer. This was the last straw. I responded with 'genuine curiosity' "You were able to set up that antivirus?" Dipshitbitch answered yes. My next curious question: "Was that before or after the screen broke?" Dipshit answered angrily "That was before I--........ Thank You!" and stomped back to the end of the line. Fucking owned. I still gave her the exchange, I just wanted to hear that whore's mouth admit guilt. Last I saw, she was bitching out the customer service rep for my comment, and he was explaining that she just got away with murder. |

I mean, overall, i think this day, black friday, was created to remind us that, deep down, we are all savage beasts.
