Criminals can get guns illegally whenever they want. Banning concealed weapons does nothing to the people that would use them poorly. It only serves to limit people that would use them justly. If I want to shoot up a school lecture hall, it doesn't matter what kind of "rules" you have. I can bring a gun in my bag and shoot bitches: 1. If there are rules that prevent legal gun holding, I, the shooter, goes on a rampage. My K/D rises substantially as you have to wait for cops to arrive. 2. If there are rules facilitating legal gun holding, I, the shooter, gets neutralized far sooner. My K/d falls substantially compared to the previous. What I'm saying is, laws don't stop criminals, because by nature THEY ARE LAWLESS. |
